Meet Kimberly Washington, a seasoned family law attorney integral to Bryan Fagan, PLLC since 2015. Kimberly’s outstanding success in client representation, unwavering determination, and natural leadership abilities have led to her role as Managing Senior Attorney. In this capacity, she oversees a team of over 15 attorneys and manages communication challenges among staff members. Alongside her managerial duties, Kimberly provides comprehensive assistance to clients in various family law matters.
Dedicated to educating and guiding parents in safeguarding their relationships with their children, Kimberly prioritizes decisions that serve the long-term best interests of the child. She ensures clients are well-informed about their rights regarding their families. As a mother herself, she deeply understands a parent’s desire to be present in their children’s lives and firmly believes in the equal importance of both parents in a child’s upbringing.
Kimberly also possesses extensive expertise in military family law matters, particularly in divorce cases, making her well-equipped to assist military personnel and their spouses in family law proceedings. Her knowledge extends to cases involving complex business matters within the context of divorce.
Balancing a career with parental responsibilities is a challenge Kimberly understands well. As a married mother of two sons actively engaged in football, track, and basketball, she manages their practice and game schedules while also attending and participating as a “team mom.” This means that many evenings and weekends are spent traveling and supporting her children’s sporting events. Alongside this, Kimberly places a strong emphasis on her children’s academic progress and enjoys cooking for her family whenever their busy schedules permit.
