Bryan Fagan’s fascination with the legal world took root early, sparked by the film adaptation of John Grisham’s “The Pelican Brief.” Today, he stands as a dedicated attorney, championing the cause of families across Texas in emotionally charged family law matters, including complex divorces.

Hailing from Atascocita, a small town in Northeast Houston, Bryan grew up in a close-knit family of four siblings, featuring two adopted brothers. With an engineer father and a mother dedicated to teaching, Bryan, as the first lawyer in the family, embarked on his legal journey at the South Texas College of Law. It was there that he gained valuable experience working at a boutique family law litigation firm, ultimately igniting his enduring passion for family law.

Family has always been at the heart of Bryan’s life. His commitment to family care became evident as he went to great lengths to provide support for his grandmother with Alzheimer’s, opting to complete his undergraduate degree online. During law school, he attended the night study program to ensure daytime care for his grandmother. Post-law school, Bryan married his wife and started a family, navigating both joys and hardships, including the unexpected passing of his father at the age of 70.
